Hi friends!!!

I would like to expose a series of rules and some advice with reference to the return:

1. Once the order of the return has been defined, it should be maintain throughout the set
2. Once the set has finished, the order of the return can be varied
3. The receiver is always obliged to let the ball bounce
4. The receiver can stand wherever he/she pleases on his/her side
5. My advice is that you stand one metre from the side wall and one metre behind the service line

Me dispongo a enumerar una serie de reglas y consejos relacionados con el resto.

1. Una vez definido el orden de resto, deberá mantenerse a lo largo de todo el set
2. A la conclusión del set, podrá variarse el orden de resto
3. El restador siempre está obligado a dejar botar la bola
4. El restador podrá ubicarse donde le plazca dentro de su campo
5. Mi consejo, es que te sitúes a un metro de la pared lateral y a un metro por detrás de la línea de saque

I would like to expose a series of obligatory rules with reference to the service:

1. Don’t stand on or in front of the line
2. The service position should not pass the imaginary central line
3. Don’t serve when moving
4. Always bounce the ball before hitting it
5. Only one bounce is allowed before hitting the ball

Me dispongo a enumerar una serie de reglas, de obligado cumplimiento, en referencia al servicio.

1. No pisar sobre la línea ni por delante de ella
2. No sacar pasada la proyección de la línea central
3. No sacar en movimiento
4. Siempre se debe sacar botando la bola antes del impacto
5. Se permite un único bote de la bola antes del impacto
